These Terms govern your use of PurposeGate services, including the iOS app, widgets, backend APIs, and website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age required in your location) and able to form a binding contract.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid features are offered via subscriptions managed through Apple and RevenueCat. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation are shown before purchase and managed via your App Store account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• Do not use the service to violate laws or other users' rights.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activity under your account.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

Disclaimer and Liability

PurposeGate is provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
